What level of participation would your business like?

Maroon Sponsorship registration includes: 1 table (8' by 32"), 2 chairs and 1 tablecloth.

Gold Sponsorship includes: 1 table (8' by 32"), 2 chairs and 1 tablecloth, high visibility of your company name and logo on promotional items given to all students participating in Welcome Week, signage at the event, and advertising in both electronic and printed Orientation & First-Year Programs communications.

Both Maroon and Gold Sponsorship includes access to 5,000+ new students, 400+ Welcome Week Leaders, and additional faculty, staff and returning students in attendance at the event.

Additional tables are available to all participating vendors at $500.00 a piece.  How many additional tables would your business like?

Will your business be serving food at your table(s)?

*Please note that food service or distribution at the vendor fair is subject to the University's Environmental Health and Safety guidelines.

Where will your food be prepared?

If you are serving food, please describe in detail what you will be serving and any technical needs you may require.

Will your business be handing out promotional items or swag bags?

Please refer to the event guidelines for prohibited give-away items.  Please list any promotional materials you will be handing out.

Would your business like to donate additional door prizes to be given out as prizes during the Welcome Week or the Kick It! program?

What would you like to donate?

*We recommend that additional donations be gift certificates, products, or certificates for services at your business.  We suggest that a large number of small gift certificates be donated as opposed to one large gift certificate.

Is your business or corporation interested in donating a gift-in-kind or sponsoring additional components of Welcome Week with a monetary value of at least $1000.00? Opportunities include sponsoring a meal, event, transportation and entertainment.

Thank you for your interest. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email outlining the next steps. The University and Orientation & First-Year Programs reserve the right to decline a vendor application in their sole discretion.
